Muntons Pale English base malt; Lovibond: 2.15-2.90
Muntons Lager Base malt for lagers; Lovibond: 1.62
Muntons Maris Otter Base pale malt; Lovibond: 2.15-2.90
Muntons Crystal Caramel malt that adds sweet caramel, toffee, and nutty flavors; Lovibond: 49-64
Muntons Dark Crystal Caramel malt that adds sweet caramel, toffee, and nutty flavors; Lovibond: 49-64
Muntons Mild Ale Adds slightly deeper color than pale malt and nice malty flavor; Lovibond: 2.34-3.09
Muntons Cara-Pils Dextrine malt, adds body and head stability; Lovibond: 10-15
Muntons Chocolate Adds aroma, color, and some roasted notes; Lovibond: 328-432
Muntons Black Patent Adds dark color, roasted/burnt/smoky notes; Lovibond: 432-525

Weyermann Cara Aroma Adds deep red color,  improved malt aroma; Lovibond: 110-150
Weyermann Cara Munich I Medium Belgian crystal malt, adds sweet aroma and full flavor; Lovibond: 8.1-11.8
